Silicone Tubing

Low volatile grade, platinum-cured silicone tubing is clean room produced for critical pharmaceutical, biopharm, cosmetic, and food applications. AdvantaSil™ APST platinum cured tubing has undergone extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing, and meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, NSF 51, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and 3-A standards.

AdvantaSil™ APST Unreinforced Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing is not intended for implantation, continuous steam applications, or elevated pressure levels.

High Pressure Silicone Tubing

AdvantaSil™ High Pressure silicone tubing is a high quality, cost effective solution designed for increased flow rates to reduce your processing time. The tubing’s unreinforced characteristic allows for limited pumpability up to 30 psi back pressure and makes it easier to see your process fluids. APHP is the optimal choice for Single-Use applications such as TFF, virus filtration, inline integrity testing of filtration assemblies, and high volume fluid transfer.

Pump Grade Silicone Tubing

USP Class VI, platinum-cured silicone elastomer comprises AdvantaPure's peristaltic pump grade silicone tubing. Ideally suited for pharmaceutical, biotech, and laboratory environments, AdvantaSil APSPG is specially formulated to withstand repeated compression and release for consistent, dependable performance – far outlasts standard silicone tubing. APSPG platinum cured pump tubing has undergone extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing, and meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 standards.

Biopharmaceutical Grade TPE Tubing

AdvantaFlex addresses the need for a flexible, translucent, sterilizable, moldable, heat sealable, and weldable biopharmaceutical tubing for fluid processing. AdvantaFlex TPE tubing maintains its physical properties following sterilization processes, resists kinking, remains translucent for visible product flow, and does not become gummy.

Pharm-A-Line Peristaltic-Pump Tubing

Superior in Peristalic Pump Applications

Manufactured from virgin, medical grade TPE and homogeneously extruded to precise dimensional tolerances, our Pharm-A-Line I tubing was specifically developed to provide superior performance in peristaltic pump applications. Pharm-A-Line I provides an excellent alternative to silicone tubing when resistance to chemicals (such as acetone or methylene chloride) is a concern. Prior to release, we rigorously test each batch of resin for cytotoxicity and heavy metals.
