Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow Measurement System Products
The BioProTT™ Product Range is used to measure the flow rates in industrial applications as well as those on a laboratory scale.
Based on the ultrasonic transit time method, the measurement is non-invasive, meaning without direct contact with the medium and the products are therefore particularly suitable for processes with strict hygienic requirements.
BioProTT FlowTrack SL
Together, the benchtop device BioProTT™ FlowTrack SL and a corresponding BioProTT™ Clamp-On SL are geared towards the independent monitoring of flow rates within laboratories.
The easily readable display of the BioProTT™ FlowTrack SL shows the current flow rate, while a direct data transfer to the computer is possible through the RS-232 interface as well as through an analog interface.
BioProTT Clamp-On SL
Together with a BioProTT™ FlowTrack SL or a BioProTT™ FlowMCP, the BioProTT™ Clamp-On SL ensures a reliable measurement and monitoring of flow rates in applications within the laboratory suite.
With its click-fastening, the sensor can be quickly and easily attached to flexible tubes, while the functional design and non-invasive measurement method prevent any additional shear stress for the medium; an essential advantage to invasive methods when it comes to handling shear-sensitive organisms or biomolecules.
The applied ultrasonic transit time method, combined with a customer-specific calibration regarding the respective process parameters, allows for a highly accurate measurement and enables flexible solutions for your application.
BioProTT Flow MCP
Designed for flow measurement applications on an industrial scale, the multi-channel platform BioProTT™ FlowMCP meets the many requirements of automated bioprocessing systems with a focus on single use applications.
Via a Modbus-TCP log, the measured data of up to four sensors can be fed into customer-specific process control systems where - depending on the programming - the measured values can serve as basis to control the pump speed or the valves. The additional analog interface of the BioProTT™ FlowMCP-a variants provides an easy integration with a standard setting, whereas adjustments can be carried out via the intuitive and user-friendly web interface.
