One key manufacturing trend in the pharmaceutical and biotech market is the adoption of single-use technologies. Quattroflow single-use pumps are equipped with a product wetted plastic pump chamber that can be replaced as a complete unit. The simple disposal of the pump chamber saves time and money, because it drops the efforts for cleaning, sterilization and complex cleaning validation. The use of Quattroflow single-use pumps creates a quicker production process, as well as one that delivers the required levels of product purity and sterility with no harm to the product and no chance for costly cross-batch or cross-product contamination.

Quattroflow quaternary diaphragm positive displacement pumps with the four piston technology do not feature a mechanical shaft seal or wetted rotating parts, ensuring total product containment without abrasion and particle generation. Moreover, the pumping principle of the Quattroflow pumps allows risk-free dry running and low pulsation. Multiple-use pumps may be CIP, SIP and autoclaved.

Multi-use Polypropylene Pumps

Quattroflow Multiple-Use pumps are available in the sizes 150, 1200, 4400, 5050 and 20k (arranged in order of flow capacity). The smallest size, 150, comes with an integrated controller as standard. For all other sizes, a separate control box is available. In addition the size 1200 - equipped with a 230V motor - is also obtainable in a space saving compact version with integrated controller (1200S-CV).

Quattroflow Single-Use pumps are available in the sizes 150, 1200, 4400 and 5050 (arranged in order of flow capacity). The smallest size, 150, comes with an integrated controller as standard.
